  • When do you open and close for the season?
    Depending on the weather conditions, we open for the season around end of May and close around beginning of September!
  • What are your operating hours?
    We're open from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on weekends from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Last order is at 6:00PM. Hours of operation are subject to change and may vary based on, (but not limited to) sunlight and other weather conditions.
  • Do you offer group discounts for guided lessons?
    Yes, we do offer group discounts. Please get in touch with us for more details.
  • Is there a minimum age requirement for participants?
    Yes, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a guardian or parent.
  • Are reservations required for guided lessons or equipment rentals?
    Yes, reservations are required. However, feel free to give us a call and book on the same day, (subject to availability of the staff and equipment).
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking date. For cancellations later than that, please give us a call, and we'll be happy to assist you with rescheduling.
  • What should I wear for kayaking or paddleboarding?
    We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Don't forget sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses!
  • Are pets allowed on guided lessons or equipment rentals?
    Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on our guided lessons or equipment rentals for safety reasons.
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
    Yes we offer gift certificates. Please refer to gift certificate page of the website.
  • What is the difference between a Kayak and a Paddle Board?
    A kayak is a small, narrow watercraft typically propelled with a double-bladed paddle, while a paddleboard is a larger board that users stand on and propel themselves with a single-bladed paddle. Kayaks usually have a closed cockpit, while paddle boards are open.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    You can make a reservation through the website or by calling us or showing up during our operating hours.
  • Can I just show up and book?
    While online reservations are strongly recommended to guaranteed availability, you can also show up and ask us about the availability. The support we can provide are subject to availability of the staff and equipment.
  • What time should I arrive for my booking?
    Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled booking time to allow for check-in and preparation. Bookings will be held only for 15 minutes after the booking time.
  • What do I need to rent/drive Seadoo?
    Before booking please ensure you have Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC). For more information please visit Gov of Canada website. You shall have PCOC in order to use Seadoo.
